Concept Boards are created using Photoshop for accuracy and life-like layering to allow your client to visualize the possibilities of a room.

Renders are created per room. Fees and time frame for completion will be based upon the scope and complexity of the project.

Proper procurement is so important for great interior design. Scrolling through your list of vendors to find the perfect sofa table that fits your needed dimensions, budget, and style can take longer than expected. Not to mention, following up with ordering, shipping, and delivery. We are here to take care of it!

Below is a general price schedule. All final costs will be determined based on the project complexity. We offer discounted rates for packages; which most often is a mix of all three service categories.

The Bronze Services includes administration-type work including order procurement, sample ordering, computer filing or organization. Canva Mood Board or concept board creation is included here as well. This can really get you ahead of schedule and feeling organized in no time at all!

The Silver Services includes creating interior design documents to help you translate your vision. I will use Photoshop to create a high-end multi-layered concept board with your selections. Additionally, I can also assist in updating or creating your brand graphics, documents, and social media content.

Do you need further construction documents for your job? In the Gold Service, I can do SketchUp floor plans or elevations. Does your client need to see how your designs will look in a 3-D visual? I can help you pull it together. At this time, will be using mostly white label furnishings that will look very similar to what you have sourced. Color and finish can be changed to match your selections.
